Having never made Peruvian food before and eager to try a recipe for Pollo a la Brasa, I was very pleased with the 3 items I purchased...the Aji Amarillo, Aji Panca and Huacatay. Each jar arrived in perfect condition; well wrapped in bubble wrap and nestled in a box that was scattered with some nice hard candies and a thank you note! I even received a larger sized jar of the Panca as a bonus. All items were nice and fresh. I made my recipe and it was delicious! I look forward to making it again. I highly recommend Zocalo as the place to purchase your ingredients to make delicious Latin foods.
