I ordered several jars of dulce de leche — a different brand than my preferred one because the website said it was out of stock. A short time later I received an email from Rafael, who wrote that he had noticed the change in brand and since now my preferred brand was in, Zocalo could make the switch at no extra cost. Of course, I accepted immediately and thanked Rafael for his email.
