Best pancake mix!! I used to get it down in Mexico but when the pandemic hit I stopped going. I’m glad I was able to find it on this site!!! Pancakes are so buttery and fluffy. Best pancakes you’ll eat. My trick, add a little extra butter when preparing the mix.
