This is the best A la brasa sauce on the market. I marinade my chickens in this sauce overnight and then cook them on the grill for about 45 minutes with a weber deluxe poultry roaster. U add beer with this roaster from Weber. I call it my Pollo a la brasa a la gringo beer can chicken. It will truly be the best , juiciest , chicken that you have ever had.
