Product of Colombia
Sweet custard like dessert which is very popular during christmas. Greate to be served with Buñuelos. You can get creative by adding coconut, raisins or nuts.
How to Prepare
- 12 oz. of Natilla Mix with Panela
- 32 oz. of Milk
- Shredded Coconut
- Cinnamon Sticks
- Powdered Cinnamon
Mix the contents of this box with 1 cup of milk in a bowl, stir well until dissolved and set aside. In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of milk to a boil, stir in the Natilla with Panela mix.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula until boiling to a thick consistency. Add shredded coconut. Pout into heat resistant containers. When cool, sprinkle cinnamon powder on top
