Need I say more
It is not as spicy as Dona Maria’s. It is excellent.
I have been looking for something that compares to the hard to find and difficult to make black mole. This is not exactly the same but for me, it's close enough and, we really enjoyed this with chicken and rice. A lovely, spicy (not hot) flavor and great texture. Use chicken stock instead of water though for best flavor. Will definitely buy more soon!
Goya's mole is quite good, though I'd feel better about purchasing Goya products if Robert Unanue, CEO of Goya Foods, wasn't quite so vocal in his praise of Donald Trump. Mr Unanue is certainly entitled to his opinion, but he may choose to reconsider the wisdom of publicly supporting a man who has repeatedly made ugly, untrue and inflammatory statements about the people of Mexico.
I have had homemade, and also other brands of Mole sauce. This is the absolute best Mole you will ever find. I just had
it last night on Chicken fillet and was so good.. Happy that Zocalo Foods offers this sauce.
